Our products are carefully packaged in unique, custom packaging, designed to ensure optimal protection of the products. As a result, they may require a bit more space compared to standard packaging.

During the Canada Post strike we are primarily using Fedex to ship our packages. Delivery times are are not affected but it may take extra time for you to receive your tracking number.

Your package will ship from Vancouver Island.

Once you email us with your order, or submit an order through our site, we'll respond by email. We'll provide you with an invoice that includes Etransfer payment instructions. At this time we can only accept Etransfer as payment.

Once we accept your Etransfer you'll automatically receive an email to confirm your payment. 

Your order will then be prepared to ship.

Once your order ships you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.

We aim to ship all order within 24 hours of receiving payment during normal business hours. 

We respond to customer requests Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 4PM Pacific Time.

We are a small business and whenever possible we work outside of regular business hours to respond to your inquiries and ship orders.
